Yagil Kadosh, owner of Kulushkat restaurant in two Brooklyn locations, is inspired by his mother’s recipes and applauded by the NYTimes, Time Out, Thrillist and Serious Eats among others for his Middle Eastern Israeli/Moroccan cuisine. Winner of most creative latke at the Brooklyn Museum 10th annual Latke Festival, Kadosh has worked hard to make his cuisine authentic, creative, and always fresh. Traveling extensively worldwide, Kadosh has visited and worked in international kitchens, dedicating his time to Mediterranean cuisine.
Jacqueline Raffle has been part of the in-house catering team at King’s Theatre with Big Chief Catering, since the theater's reopening in 2015, for VIP backstage celebrities, performers and crew, including Ringo Starr, Bjork, Whitesnake, Jack White and Gladys Knight.
Brooklyn born and raised, Raffle spent summers in the South of France regaling in the gastronomic delights of the region. As seasonal menu curator as well as chef & event lead for Midnight Kitchen Catering in partnership and alongside Kadosh, the two seek to bring their knowledge and love of cooking and expertise in the industry to NYC’s Midnight Kitchen Catering.
As a team, Kadosh and Raffle aim to honor their histories and share their passion and joy for good food through mouth watering creative dishes. They love what they do and cooking is their way of taking care of others, which they believe fills us up in endless ways. They deeply care about helping to create joyful life celebrations, and work meticulously with a passionate team to tailor chef-driven menus using only the freshest quality ingredients.
